“This place is amazing! The server was really nice and the food was absolutely delicious. I got a BYOB with kale, steak, quinoa, corn, tomatoes, onion and avocado and it was out of this world! I also had some of their mac and cheese and it was the best I’ve had in a very long time. “We ordered last night and there was an issue with delivery. I called about an hour and a half later and was told there was a mix up with the driver and they are going to remake my order and get it right over to me. The owner did the right thing by us, and followed up twice to make sure my address was correct and to ensure it was on the way. The food got here hot and it was delicious. Customer service was great and they now have a repeat customer despite the problem we had because it was handled correctly! Hope to see this place succeed!!”

“I tried the “Ronnie”. It was very good. Meat was tender and delicious and the sandwich was huge. I don’t think the bad reviews on this place are fair. It’s a new spot so if it took too long you have to understand what it’s like to open up a new spot especially during Covid regulations. It’s not easy. If the food was good that’s what’s most important right now during a brand new opening. I was very satisfied with the service either way. Will definitely be coming back to try more options.”

“I’ve been in the neighborhood for over 25 years so I’ve seen this place turn over owners multiple times. I always gave the new owners a chance and it has always been mediocre. Finally we have a SOLID neighborhood pizza joint. So far we ordered two times; first order was a plain large pie, Buffalo chicken pie and a chicken roll. All three were really good. Second order was a Sicilian and a personal chicken Caesar pie which was again, really good. Prices are more than fair, delivery was on time and they payed attention to the delivery instructions I left. I don’t have anything bad to say. Keep up the great work.”

“This place is so awesome, we where shocked by its beauty and elegance. They have a few pics up but they don't do it justice. We got nostalgia for Okinawa walking in here. I cant wait to dine in. We only ordered take out. The thia curry was light and spicy. The pineapple with the sauce was soooo unique and flavorful we talked about it for days. We never had a dish so delicious and elegant. We assumed the avocado ball was the signature dish..or what the establishment was named after. The conversation was so engaging..everyone discussing if it was more Hispanic then Asian..more Asian than Hispanic. I personally felt it was more Hispanic but I also put a little Adobe on it. It came with a bit of sauce which we all concluded was white sauce with chalula in it. I can absolutely recommend this to everyone and I can't wait to dine in myself.”

“I was honestly Extremely to see this place finally open. Been eying it for a few weeks. I was able to try them today. Got a sandwich. Bread tasted fresh and my order was right. “Conpared to other 7-Eleven locations, this one located on Forest Avenue not too far to the east of Richmond Avenue, is not the worst 7-Eleven location around ( especially the New York City Tri-State Megapolis area ). I would give it a 3 star rating for service, selection, management, cleanliness, arrangement, space management, and this location doesnt provide ANY special perks or value it can give back to me (or any other person shopping here, i.e. you). That being said, although its not number 1 when compared to other locations when regarding any of the categories mentioned above, it us certainly not in last place either. Nor is it the worst 7-Eleven ive been to”

“My boyfriend and I frequent Hokkaido. He lived in Japan for several years and loves this place. He says it's one of the best and most authentic Japanese restaurants on Staten Island. The staff is always friendly, the food is always fresh, the restaurant is very clean and your food is ready in a very timely manner. They recently renovated the restaurant and have been making minor upgrades including the physical menus and adding new items to the menu. Highly recommend.”
