Food was really good, staff was friendly and warm. Food took quite a while.... actually our appetizer came out almost immediately, but then our main dishes took a very long time, at least 20 minutes from when we were finished with the appetizer, sip lime 30 minutes from when we ordered, for a couple of pizzas, it felt like a very long wait. It's very loud inside... given we were waiting for food, would have been nice to have a conversation, but we're got tired of trying to tell over everyone else who had to yell to hear each other. I know it costs money, but there are lots of acoustic solutions to design ambient noise. With the open ceiling and all hard surfaces, the house in your establishment will be severe unless you seek a solution. The bar area having blaring music doesn't help either.

Now obviously we still really enjoyed our food, and would probably consider returning, but we're still on the hunt for that perfect casual place with quick service and where we can leave without our ears ringing.

The food is great and the wait staff is wonderful. But never order anything from the hostesses. They never get an order right. Apparently they have huge difficulty understanding over the phone what you actually want to order. They are extremely obvious in that they're looking to see how much you tip if it's on a credit card. If you tip cash, they're trying to split it up before you even walk out the door. If they don't feel it's enough, they'll be sure to make it obvious.

Overall great restaurant, just avoid the hostesses and make life easy.

We ordered take out tonight . The order took over an hour and a half from the time I ordered and waited for it to come out. They had a private party and the restaurant and bar were packed. The hostess could not have been sweeter and more apologetic and the manager came out right away and comped our meal and apologized profusely. Their chef had a baby that day. They handled this the way all businesses should and the food was excellent. We will for sure be back .

Great selection of craft beers, knowledgeable staff and feel good eats. Their meatballs are my favorite, don’t tell my mom ;P Love the ambiance. Norcina has a family-friendly vibe that caters to everyone. Even my 5 month year old niece. Highly recommend!
