Hudson Market on Main

Thursday, April 23. We ordered the takeout dinner for four. The menu was grilled chicken, macaroni and cheese and eggplant.
Big disappointment.
The chicken was as tender as shoe leather!
The macaroni and cheese was great.
The eggplant was beyond sell date.
this is a real disappointment as we had previously gotten excellent sandwiches and were looking forward to same excellent dinner.

On the corner of North Broadway and Main in Nyack is teaching culinary space owned by RCC. What a wonderful use for this large space! I have been stopping here three weeks in a row after my morning yoga class. Delicious baked goods, egg sandwiches, and hot oatmeal.

The market is run by the Rockland Culinary Institute with culinary classes upstairs.
The Main Street cafe features great coffee and sandwiches and a delicious salad bar daily . Hours about 830am/6pm.
I frequent the salad bar and add
Proteins such as tuna or chicken.
Their dessert case features daily treats such as pie slices, brownies, etc baked by the students upstairs.

They also offer one day seminars and classes such as appetizers , holiday upstairs . Fresh produce and meats from the Hudson River Valley are featured.
