“I always order the #11 on a hero. Basically an Italian combo. My only reservation is some of the staff make better sandwiches. Some staff when I ask for hot and sweet peppers put and some put only a few. Consistency is the issue. Pickles are great there. Better line service is needed when walk-in orders. Always best to call ahead to avoid confusing line. Who's next environment.”
