Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Free Birthday Burger program is a cool deal and the burgers are just plain delicious!

The food is very good and fairly consistently so, which has kept us coming back. Their burgers are awesome and they have a lot of unique options.

Unfortunately the service seems to be hit or miss. Sometimes they are phenomenal and we have a really enjoyable time while other times we find we only see the bare minimum of our wait staff and service is very slow. We haven't found any correlation between how busy it is and the quality of service, so it's very difficult to pin down the reason for the range of experiences.

We always have good food and good service when we come here. My only complaint is how loud it gets with their open floor plan past the bar. For a less expensive meal, you can't go wrong with the Red's Tavern Double Burger and their bottomless fries. But there are so many other delicious burgers (and chicken burgers!) on their menu that it can be hard to decide. I'm a big fan of their Whiskey River BBQ Chicken Wrap. My son is a big fan of their Root Beer Floats with free refills!

Love this place! The pickle nickels are awesome, and the tower on onion rings is always good. I don't drink so I cannot comment on cocktails.

Burgers are cooked to order, and always come out the way I want it. Unlimited fries. Campfire sauce is great. Lively atmosphere, lots of TV's with sports on, active but not overly noisy.

Staff is always friendly. not cheap but typical for sit down chain.

I had a fantastic experience at red Robin the other night. The servers were down for accessing gift cards and red Robin rewards, but we were informed right away before you were seated in case it would be an issue. Fortunately we weren’t using either so we had a delicious meal with a fantastic waitress.
