“We have family near to Saratoga Springs & often eat at the Local when we're over there. Two things that I've noticed every time we've gone: 1) They take your drink order right away, & then your food takes forever. (Hoping you'll drink more while waiting??) Even when it's not busy, the food seems to take a long time. 2) It is extremely noisy--sometimes hurt-your-ears noisy. Otherwise, the Grilled Chicken on flat bread sandwich is delicious! They have a pretty substantial menu & rotating Craft Beers on tap. They also have a child's portion menu. They have outdoor seating for warm weather. (Some people might not like the little things that occasionally fall from the trees, but that doesn't bother me.) It is waaay quieter! The rest of our family loves it there. As for friendliness of waiters, we've never had an unfriendly waiter.”

“Worst margarita I've ever had. Sent it back and had a beer. Table next to us had same problem. Inept bartender, I guess. I've been there in the past and pizza looked good and hummus plate was great. Rib appetizer was boring. Beet salad was fresh but not not super. Fish tacos are good but not worth going back for. And it's smelled like septic problems for a year. Outside was nice. Maybe three stars was generous and I'll just stick to the hummus plate and a beer at the bar.”

My fiance and I shared the tuna tartare app and a wedge salad...both were beautifully presented and tasted great. The pinnacle of our meal was the Chateaubriand we shared! Absolutely outstanding!! I was visiting the Saratoga area recently from Florida, and I know one thing that I had to get while in town was authentic NY Italian food! Three Vines Bistro filled that need nicely with their tasty food, good sized portions and good service. My dining partner is vegitarian so she had the veggie "meet balls" and they were great! They are not imitation meet, but a blend of beans, spices and veggies. Great flavor and good consistency. I had the encrusted chicken which tasted very similar to a good chicken franchese. Sides were great and the bread was warm and yummy. Service was prompt and friendly! Can't wait to come back the next time I am in town!”
