Finally! Excellent BBQ in upstate NY! I’ve tried every pulled pork dish I can get my hands on looking for something that can compete with southern BBQ. This has hands down been the best experience I’ve had. Pulled pork had a great smoked taste without being completely dry, sauce was excellent, Mac salad and Mac and cheese were all great. 100% recommend!

Some of the best quality bbq I’ve had outside Texas. The homemade sauces and selection they have is outstanding as well. Pulled chicken was juicy and flavorful even on its own. Brunt ends I could eat till I pass out, service was great too. They sell out so come in early, top your sandwiches with their sides and eat like a king.

Finally got the team together to hit the King for bbq. And it was worth the wait. I had the pulled pork with slaw sandwich and 3 ribs. The ribs were perfect and required no bbq sauce ( a true testament to how good your rib and smoking technique are). The sandwich was piled high with mouthwatering shredded pork and delicious slaw. Again, no sauce required. I savored every bite of my lunch. Do yourself a favor and get some.
