“Blaze Pizza is located on the State St. side of Mohawk Commons. It offers several varieties of pizza including a 'build your own' option. The pizzas are mid-sized cut in 6 pieces. I usually eat 3 and take the rest home. The ingredients are fresh and some are organic. They are very tasty with a thin crust. Salads are also offered, but we have not tried them as we really like the made-to-order pizzas. It is fun to watch your pizza getting made, cooked and ready to eat in about 10 minutes depending on the volume of customers. It is also convenient if you have other errands to run at the shopping center. The staff is very friendly and helpful, so have a good time!”

My husband ordered ravioli and was shocked at the size of the entree! It was quite tasty, and lasted for another meal! I ordered the lasagna and was also amazed at the size. It had lots of sausage, cheese and sauce-quite delicious! The one suggestion I would make is to use bigger bowls for the salad. It was a very generous size, but tended to fall out. We were very pleased with the quality of the food, service and value. We will definitely return!”

“I love it, I'm a gym rat and a health nut and my brother recommended this place so I visited, it's close by to me and the owners are very friendly, and I was not disappointed. Very cute place, very clean, simple and modern, you walk in and you know these people know what they're doing. It's the only place in Rotterdam, and I think in the Capital Region, it's unique. Prices are reasonable, between 4-8 dollars depending on what you're getting, and there's a ton of options, ranging from smoothies to tea to coffee, and they all taste good!”

“There's nothing wrong with this shop, but in the end it's a sub shop and little more. Replacing a Subway in the same location offering very much a similar menu overall with perhaps more meat options and fewer breads. The sandwiches I ordered were good as far as what can be expected from cold deli fare. I don't feel I was cheated on the meats or anything, but it is in the end at best a "fair" value. Nothing makes me feel compelled to go back, and nothing makes me feel like I absolutely can't either. It was an adequate experience.”
