    We stopped by this place because of the reviews on Google. It has the highest rating of any restaurant or eatery from massena to Potsdam and Malone.I got to say it was the best fish fry I've had in years. Nice big portion of beer battered haddock. That was fried to perfection, nice and crispy on the outside moist and flaky on in. It came with two sides out of choices of many I picked the french fries and also the homemade macaroni and cheese.my wife end up getting an order of macaroni and cheese too and we both said it was the best we've ever had. Since then we've been back and most likely it will become a every week ritual.
    The only thing that's against the cedar Lodge is location. But it was meant for a establishment 4 snowmobilers and also ATV enthusiast. But what it lacks in that it makes up for in the homemade food.
    I've tried a lot of local places for a haddock fish fry and this was the best!!!
