Post Office Cafe

Had a great time here. Been going here for years now. Went in with my wife for a little something to eat and drink. Our waitress was wonderful! Food was delicious and served on time. Over all it was a real pleasure to be in a place that no matter how old you are, single or married, you are treated very well and can enjoy yourself!

Happened upon this place when I landed a date with a radio DJ. The date itself was fun- I was intrigued by the whimsical decor & the history of the place enough- to return with my son several times- at holidays and especially one memorable Valentine's Dinner with a pilot I was dating.
This is almost like a diary- lol- I can recall so many things clearly- we closed the place down that night .a very romantic evening by the fire..I've been there when it was snowing & the fireplace is a good place to cozy up - have a drink and enjoy some really good food..

.In Summer they open the doors and you can dine alfresco..the bartenders are fun, engaging and provide some great entertainment .It is a great place to meet people and enjoy the vibe.

I used the Post office Cafe for our rehearsal dinner on 12/5/18. Danielle was great to work with and very helpful in picking the menu. She helped a ton with the decorating and coordinating with my secret grooms cake. The food was great and there was plenty of it. We did the coconut shrimp, skirt steak and the chicken. I felt it was very reasonably priced. And it was decorated very nicely for Christmas. Everything felt warm and cozy with the fire places on. I loved having our rehearsal dinner here.

Went there before argyle theater. They have 3 course menu with great choices for $25. Kind of noisy but good food!

When you walk in, the apprearence of the establishment looks great. They sat my group at a broken table. (The top was cracking off the leg.) we waited 22 minutes for our first drink. The waiter forgot what we ordered for apps. Food was delayed. The wings came out cold but the black bean soup was A+ The other apps were fine. Overall everything was slow and the bathroom must of been near by because it smelled like sh*t... 5 people 2 drinks each and apps all around was $187
