“I actually don't eat here, but my wife adores this place. She loves spicy foods like Morrissey loves singing about being miserable, and this place brings the heat -- literary and figuratively. Seriously, this is the first time that she told me some of the food is *too* spicy. I can't handle spicy food, as I really do not like it when unwelcome flames sprout from my vocal chords, so I trust in her judgement about the intensity and authenticity of the food here. Something that I can get behind, however, is the value of the food -- they give you boatloads for a pretty reasonable price, so our fridge always has some ready-to-heat-up leftovers on hand. So, if you love spicy food or really need help draining your sinuses in five seconds flat, check this place out.”

“Previous owners are gone, thank goodness. Pizza was oily, not sure they used real cheese. New owner Johnny makes a great pie. Unfortunately so far he has not been able to erase the bad reputation the previous owner gave it. I normally get a round pie with sausage. Not oily at all, cheese is creamy and real, sauce is good, crust is flavorful and cooked as you ask for it. If you ask for well done, that's what you get. I usually freeze left over slices and reheat in oven. Let people know we finally have a decent pizza place in Deer Park.”

“I am an Irish kid who grew up in Italian neighborhoods, be it Brooklyn, the Bronx , Queens, Staten Island & borough of Manhattan. This place here as with all places I judge by their regular slice... It was thin , freshly made crisp pie with that right proportion of mozzarella, sauce & Italian spices . It tasted old school good like I remember as a kid . Plus the chef is a woman who puts her whole heart in the passion of her preparation. Good ingredients, good taste, good service with a smile & timely courtesy. A big thumbs up from one who is no stranger to fork & spoon.”

“The service is fast and efficient, exactly what one would expect from a fast food joint. The inside is clean because someone cleans tables every 20 minutes or so. I ordered 4 soft tacos and a Mexican pizza. The prep was a little sloppy and the portions small. While waiting on line I saw a giant rat walking around the dumpster just after I ordered. I still ate my food though.”
