I was visiting my sister when I went to Colonial. This time we spent the night inside in one of their ballrooms to celebrate her 50th birthday party. Great food, and the staff was awesome.
I also on a previous occasion, played tennis there. The courts are well maintained and quiet. The parking is also convenient.
The clubhouse is absolutely gorgeous. So beautiful inside.
The locker rooms are huge, vast , updated, and so luxurious.
Just an absolutely wonderful experience.
Private golf club.
Three 9 courses .
Well maintained.
Big Parking space for members only.
Great (private) golf tucked away near an airport and cemetery. Friendly staff. Delicious food.
We attended with a family friend, who is a long-standing member. The course has a wonderfully natural and flowing feel, and it's just beautiful. Impressive bunkers, nice fairways, and the Pines nine is amazing! Owner Steve Locke took a gamble with the huge renovation several years ago and it has certainly paid off.
One of the great hidden gems and a Robert Trent Jones Jr masterpiece. I was a member at Colonial for a few years and learned to play golf there but since moved onto a course with easier access from Manhattan. I truly miss Colonial Springs and the quality of golf and amazing people who work there. Probably the best private golf club in the Met area that not many people know about. Very challenging, but a fair, superb conditions and the 27 holes makes it. If you get an invite to play there don't miss out.
