Let me start off by saying that I am mad at myself for waiting this long to try the food over at Bakuto in Lindenhurst. The flavors waaaayyyyyy surpassed my expectations. And believe me, I already know how awesome Chef Zach is in the kitchen, so that bar, was already set pretty high!

Friendly staff and one of the other owners, Rachel, will always greet you with a smile? while ensuring that your dining experience is top notch! Chic, cozy atmosphere make for a meal you will not be disappointed with.

If you are looking for a place in downtown Lindy? This is the place to be.

Trendy/modern decor. Knowledgeable staff and good quality. Reasonably priced. The ramen had too much sesame oil for my liking but flavors are bold.

This place is absolutely amazing. The food, the drink, the ambiance. Everything about it is a pleasure. The staff is great. Excellent service and every personable. The food is packed with flavor and complimented by incredible cocktails. We've ordered just about everything on the menu now and have not had a single complaint.

We stopped in for drinks on our way home and were not disappointed. The bartender was extremely knowledgeable and taught us about the different sakes, their taste, and how they are made. We had an amazing time and delicious drinks. Will definitely be coming back for dinner next time, thank you for going above and beyond!
P.S. the Jasmine drink is delicious.

Wow! Awesome atmosphere, great service, and even better food. The pork steamed buns were the best I have ever had, and the homemade udon were incredible. The cocktails were also fun and delicious. I can't wait to go back, and for more new places to come to the village.
