The owners are super friendly and I'm really loving their meals. The beef dishes they have are great sized portions and delicious. Ordering online makes it super convenient to help you prepare for meals for the upcoming week. You should check out their store as well. They are always adding new choices to their menu. Delicious healthy meals. Allows you to eat healthy even when you don’t have time to cook. Many different meals to select from at affordable prices.
My sons have been ordering online for some time now. I love the new store front because I can just stop by and pick up lunch or dinner (or breakfast for that matter) when I’m having a busy day or week and don’t have time to cook. Would definitely recommend. Great service and staff as well.

Best meal prep company on the island. The ordering process is super simple and shows you all nutritional facts for each option. I have been ordering their meals for over a year and each time have received fresh, quality food. The owners are very insightful and engaged in the satisfaction of their customers. Their new store in Lake Grove is marvelous and I look forward to continuing my business with them for years to come. 10/10 would recommend.
