Chops Steakhouse

Excellent service and great food. We waited for some time for our order of wagyu steaks, not sure what happened, when they were finally came out the steaks were barely warm (the butter on top barely melted). We let our server know and the manager JP quickly went to our table and offered to cook us new steaks. That’s what I call service ! Bravo JP. We took his offer, and glad we did. Service like that will make use come back, for sure !

From the Prohibition decor, to the sultry bar, and of course the well balanced menu of succulent steaks, chops, and your favorite sides. Top notch waitstaff and bartenders round out the experience. And J.P. , its manager keeps things running smooth, at the same time makes you feel like an ol' friend and part of the Family. Warm and cozy ! Can I give this 6 stars ???

Attended the soft opening of Chops and WOW, it was outstanding. The service was top notch and the restaurant is decorated with a sleek prohibition theme. They have a great selection of cocktails (a few cocktails are on tap which is so awesome), wine and bourbons. Let’s get to the food! We started with the beef carpaccio, which was so delicious and fresh! Next, we got the pork chop and the NY strip which were both flavorful and cooked to perfection. The chimichurri sauce is so delicious, this is a must get item! The hashbrowns as a side was a great choice as well. We finished the night off with apple cobbler and the strawberry flambé. Overall, just an amazing experience. This steakhouse is a great addition to Patchogue!
