“This is my favorite Starbucks! They make their drinks with care and get the details right. Only Starbucks that shakes the iced matcha green tea latte properly! It's not close to me unfortunately, but was close to college and work. Drove 20 minutes out to get a drink today. Great team and great management. “Im in here every day multiple times a day. I swear the staff here sees me more then my own kids do sometimes. Its always a pleasant and fast experience. One thing I admire about the staff is their kindness to the local homeless people. On occasion I will see someone just sitting at a table quietly just to stay warm and no one bothers them. This is my favorite DD location in/around Patchogue”

“I had lunch recently. The service was excellent. We ordered the bacon,tomato, and cheese sandwich. It was good except for the tomatoes. I had the chicken noodle soup - excellent as always. But what was really impressive was the the availability of items like butter, silverware, carry out containers, etc. For customers to obtain as needed without waiting for a staff to get this for them. This is a great idea.”

“Went to have dinner. Ordered the sausage egg mc muffin with a hash brown, small fries and coffee which I asked for plenty of half and half. They brought the food to the table which is nice since I don't usually dine in. The girl tells me the hash brown will be out in a minute. No problem but I noticed no milk or a stirrer. It took a while to get the half and half. Had to also ask for the hash brown which never was brought to the table and the fries were cold. I told them and got new hot fries. Everything was resolved by one worker. His name was Ryan. I told him I appreciated everything he did and that I would give him credit for making things right! There was no problem with the food except the muffin was overcooked but still tasted good. I can't say I would rush back to eat there after so much that had to be corrected to make things right.”
