Long Island Luau catered my son's first birthday last weekend. If you don't book them, you are a fool!
Joe Dee (owner) was personable and extremely attentive to detail. When the day of the party arrived, he felt like family. Brian came to assist and was just as amazing. The food was EXCELLENT and EVERY guest commented either that day or called me after to let me know how delicious everything was. I will definitely be using Long Island Luau again and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for great service and exceptional food!!!
As a DJ in the event industry for more than 7 years. I can honestly say I’ve never had such delicious catered food at an event before. Long Island luau catered a wedding we preformed at last night 6/23/2018 at a vineyard. The brisket was out of this world, the staff had a smile on their face and the chef was accommodating even though the event plannner
Joe is a great chef always prepares amazing food. He always goes out of his way to make our parties special. He has catered our holiday parties for many years now and we highly recommend Long Island Luau. Thanks Joe for making our holidays easy every year.
