KFC

At around 9:15pm this evening, I had a sudden craving for KFC. Since it was getting late, I called them in advance to make sure they were still open and that they still had chicken available I spoke with Vincent - the evening shift manager. He advised me that they were still open and that they still had a sufficient quantity of chicken. I told Vincent, I would be there within 15 minutes. When I got there Vincent let me in the lobby door so I wouldn't have to go through the drive thru. He was exceptionally polite and courteous - a very professional, well mannered young man. The service he provided was excellent and he did it with a smile.

When I got home it was time to satisfy my craving. The chicken was excellent - it was fresh, moist and Extra Crispy just as ordered, I recently heard rumors that a Starbucks might be taking over the location and replacing KFC. I sincerely hope this is not the case and that KFC stays in Rocky Point.

I have one and only one suggestion to the franchise owner of this KFC location. ADVERTISE!!! Place ads, coupons and flyers in the weekly Penny Saver, Hometown Shopper and Valu-Pak mailers - specifically those distributed to Rocky Point and Shoreham/Wading River. It was only because of a Hometown Shopper coupon insert that made me realize "wow, I haven't had KFC in a while". That's what made me head over at 9:30pm to get my KFC fix.

No wait time, staff are friendly and most importantly, THE FOOD WAS HOT & FRESH!

Always good and great service, But they dont sugest the specials,like the Shirley KFC does.

I love this kfc in rocky point it’s the best kfc I ever been to the chicken is so juicy and meaty and the famous bowl is to die for. I just hate how people keep saying it’s closing down but I talk to the lady who works there they have said they are no closing down it’s just a rumor thank good I’m nothing with out kfc!!!! Keep up the good work

Food is good but always check your food if you change your order. 8 times out of 10 they screw the order up. Otherwise good food and prices
