“This is during the pandemic, it was a huge line around the side, and I patiently waited to get my coffee with everyone else. The line moved fast. I was greeted kindly. I didn’t have to wait long for my food, and when it came out, my coffee was perfect, not too hot, my sandwich was perfect not too hot, and the gentleman taking my pay was so chipper and nice that it brightened the gloomy day I was having. Nothing tasted better than that sip of coffee. Thank you for everything you do!!! Great teamwork☺️”

If you happen to catch a time that the only dude that seems to works there, Rob or something similar, you’ll have a beyond superb experience. However any other time of day, it’s a 50/50 shot. It’s amazing to watch this kid zoom between people always helping whoever isn’t being served, constantly helping his coworkers. If that kid isn’t the store manager, he should be.”

“It's a small and cozy store but the prices are insanely expensive even in comparison to the prices in the city (Manhattan). It's $6.80 for a large and popcorn chicken is $6 while in the city you can get it for $5.75 and $3-4 respectively. I usually ask for 30% sugar but even so, the drink is too sweet. I really enjoy boba but I wish it weren't so expensive here and that it wasn't drowned with sugar. The staff does their job but isn't particularly friendly. I get it once in awhile if I crave it, otherwise I don't think it justifies the price at all.”
