new local spot. the food is VERY pricy but they have GF/ V options. our server was sweet but the management seemed a little intense.
A welcome addition to the East Hampton dining scene. Pasta, fish (of course), meats and excellent pizza. All the good things about the Hamptons: fresh, locally-sourced food, beautiful location, relaxed atmosphere. And none of the bad; which is to say the prices are reasonable, the service is friendly and attentive and the place is well-run. Top notch!
What a great addition to the Springs a real gem. Not only is the restaurant beautifully designed and very hip, but the cuisine was fabulous. So good, we dined here 3 times in a week. The pork chop parmigiana was amazing, and other nights we had the Monkfish and the Fungi truffle pizza. The service was excellent and staff extremely friendly and attentive. Don’t miss out on the tiramisu. The pastry chef Isabel straight from France came out to our table and was so nice, as was the owner Mitchell. We can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough!
I had dinner and drinks last night at Bel Mare restaurant in Springs, East Hampton. The food was delicious, the cocktails memorable and the prices very reasonable. I was able to meet the pastry chef, Isabelle, who created an amazing Italian dessert. My mouth is still watering just thinking about it. I truly felt like I was back in Sicily! I have to mention that I have gluten issues, yet I amazingly woke up feeling great this morning! I really enjoyed my dining experience. The place has a true convivial atmosphere. What a delight!
This casual hide-a-way restaurant was so exceptional that we felt compelled to write a glowing review!! The Pizza’s were delicious; New York Style at its best but with a gourmet twist. The truffle fungi pizza was perhaps the best I have ever had!
Both the fish and chicken dishes were plentiful and delicious! My favorite was the Eggplant Fra Diablo! This Italian food, although traditional, was light, fresh and memorable. What an East Hampton gem!! Worth a trip to the Springs!
