Bistro Cassis

Great brunch.. authentic style French cuisine.

Excellent local French bistro. Classic dishes, well prepared, attentive service. Small, limited seating, but comfy.

They recently changed their Sunday Brunch, and it's not for the better. Though service remains great, the banana pancakes are no longer cooked with the bananas inside... instead they just sit on top. The delicious "cylinder" potatoes are also no longer available.
It's a shame, as previously the brunch at Cassis was outstanding.

Liked the place, loved the food and the service. I’m no french cuisine expert, in fact I ate mostly Italian food while in Paris, so I can’t tell you “how French” the food is at Cassis. I can only tell you it was delicious, and the right amount. Keep in mind I’m 230lbs, so I guess it’s abundant for some. I did have room left for a dessert though, which was excellent. But the duck was out of this world!
