Spuntino

I like this place. Mostly because it is close to home and the staff is friendly. The food is pretty good too. They have a bar, and rarely do you have to wait for a table. Great for a quick slice as well.

First time here, we'll definitely be going back! Ordered bake ravioli with the cheese garlic bread and the formaggio pizza, both were delicious! This place offers an old-fashioned customer service that's seems to be missing nowadays, where all employees including managers and chefs great you with a warm "welcome" and "Have a great day" as you leave. The table service was superb. If I could give this place 6 to 10 Stars I definitely would.

Hit or miss wait staff but generally good food. Order the pasta specials. They're always good. Pretty quick service. Don't waste your money on drinks from the bar though.

A nurse at the ophthalmalogist office in Huntington recommended Spuntino today. What a wonderful referral!!! From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the hostess who before she reached for the menus, asked us how we were and waited for a response. Once we responded, she escorted us to our table. Next our server welcomes us, introduced himself, gave us menus and asked for our drink orders. After our drinks were served, he answered a few questions about the menu and took our appetizer order. The bus boy server brought us delicious, fresh bread and butter. I motioned to our server that we were ready to order dinner. We were done with our appetizer when the bus boy server asked if he could pack the leftovers. When our dinner was served, there were no sausages as requested, but my wife was satisfied without them regardless. However the lead server was passing by our table and overhead our conversation and intervened, assuring my wife the sausages order will be over shortly, and it was. Once we were finished with our meal, the bus boy server came by to package our leftovers. We ordered dessert and coffee and once done, another employee came by to ask about our dining experience.
In summary, Spuntino provided us with the most professional, positive and great tasting meal. The employees work together and take the time to appreciate their patrons and provide them with a warm dining experience.

Black Friday at my daughter's house is traditionally the dinner I prepare. Unfortunately unable to cook due to a recent shoulder surgery. At my daughter's recommendation, I met with Joe (owner) of Spuntino, a family owned Italian restaurant, to discuss my catering order for 16 people on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving for delivery on Black Friday. I was told that the entire meal would be made fresh that morning and delivered hot just in time for dinner. The food was delivered on time, simply delicious, and perfectly prepared. It was accompanied by a generous selection of homemade fresh baked foccia bread and Italian loaves of bread which were perfect for late night sandwiches. Everyone raved. Thrilled to enjoy a scrumptious dinner without having to cook. The food was a huge hit and it exceeded expectations. I was both relieved and grateful that Joe had my six!
