From the moment we stepped out at the valet we knew this was going to be an enjoyable experience. Every staff member, from the valet crew, to the hostess, coat check, server, food runners and management was courteous, polite and welcoming. The ambiance and decor allow you to immerse yourself in a culinary journey highlighted by signature cocktails (Smoke & Spicy was excellent), delicious wine and perfectly prepared entrees. We enjoyed the skirt steak and short rib pot pie…we recommend both. I classify the service as attentive and exemplary…led by our waitress, Lauren. The managers, Ryan and Brandon, both ensured we had all we needed including a recommendation to spread the bone marrow on bread to enhance the flavor. The Baked Alaska show was a delight (both visual and taste) and I leave everyone with this…Brandon brought my wife a birthday card when they discovered that was the reason for our visit. What restaurant does that?!?!? Go now! Tell them Frank Sparacino sent you!

I was there on Xmas eve and had wonderful experience. Specially we are vegetarian and we had wonderful experience. Right from drinks to desserts

Celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary…. The experience was spectacular! Food, Service, Drinks and Desert were out of this world. Highly recommend

We ate dinner here recently and the food was fantastic. Drinks were fun and creative. Only downside was there are zero kid options. Most of the upper scale places on Long Island do offer kid options but they aren’t listed on the menu. Chicken tenders/sliders/pasta are the usual items we have been offered at places like Prime/One10/Mill pond house and so on. We did notice a decent amount of families so it would be nice to take that into consideration. I’d love to see this place thrive as there is nothing else like it around.

Simply said, Arlo exceed any of our expectations! From the moment you walk in you’re wowed by the decor and hospitality! Food and drinks are incredible! Can’t wait to return!
