Pretty good for a chain restaurant.
Many choices.
Not fine dining but very enjoyable.
Fast and friendly service.
Gets very busy around lunch and dinner.
Gotta try the many choices of cheesecake!
Would recommend.

Me and my partner decided to try the Cheesecake Factory for the first time since we recently moved to Bayshore. We really didn’t know what to expect besides them having cheesecake, but we were seated with our server Nigel after a long wait, she was beyond kind and apologized for the wait. We told her it was our first time and she was so accommodating and helpful, she told us the popular items, her personal favorites and asked us what types of food we liked and our spice level preference. I ended up ordering this amazing pasta with a hint or spice and I can’t seem to remember the name of it, Nigel recommended it. We will be back and I hope to have Nigel again for another amazing recommendation! Thank you Cheesecake Factory and thank you Nigel!

Giving my experience a 5⭐️ at this specific location. Being that I had 2 bad experiences at 2 other locations Yonkers, and Huntington. Experience was so bad I didn’t visit any other location ever till now that I’ve decided to give the bayshore location a chance.

Alex a bartender there gave me the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long long time. I left out of there completely satisfied not one complaint.

My food order was taken no mistakes and came out promptly.

Before my drink was at the last gulp he was already asking me if I wanted another one. Which is a big plus for me. The attentiveness was perfect.
Kept refilling my water towards the end without me even saying a word.

I will definitely be stopping by again specifically asking for Alex. Best experience.

Surprisingly delighted. Huge portions of spaghetti and meatballs. Tasty and well presented appetizers. Very polite server. Ah, but waistline wouldn't allow for scrumptious looking cheesecakes displayed.
