    The food is good the service is good. People are friendly. I was becoming irritated and didnt know why, realized I was trying to talk over the very loud Spanish music coming from the kitchen area. Not for nothing, but too loud and I didn't come here for Spanish music or any music for that matter. Manager needs to step in

    Good location. The service was great. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because it was very busy and it felt like they were cramming tables in every which way. Aside from that it was good.

    This IHOP is located inside the Westfield South Shore Mall. Easy to see right off of Sunrise Highway servicing Bay Shore and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Public Restrooms. Clean facilities. Reasonably priced. Nice staff. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back. The largest IHOP I've seen.

    I love going here especially when Miguel is working. I always request him. He always remembers what everyone in my family (there's 6 of us) gets. He's amazing and so polite. He's definitely an asset to this establishment.
