The Cull House Restaurant

Its pretty average all around . I would go here if nothing better in the hood .But too many better options usually . Big if you have a bunch

Restaurant is well known locally in the town of sayville. They offer an extensive dinner menu with some excellent appetizers and some delicious entrees. Their focus is mainly on seafood but they have other or offerings as well. I personally love the calamari and balsamic vinaigrette with jalapenos for an appetizer and the tuna for dinner. But you really can't go wrong with anything come all the food is delicious!

The quaint beachy atmosphere of this hidden gem coupled with the tasty seafood dishes did not disappoint!! We loved everything about The Cull House!

Good food. Had tuna and fried fish sandwiches and clam chowder. And a good dark potter beer. Close to the ferries to Fire Island. Prices ok.

This has become a summer staple with any Fire Island trip. Casual and laid back vibe in a nice airy and well lit setting by the water with generally friendly service. The food is really good (primarily sea food but with other choices) and so is the Sangria. Good wine and tap beer selection too. The backyard garden is gorgeous in summer with flowers and fountain and sometimes live music. I just get eaten up by mosquitoes in the evening outside, but I generally don't notice until I get home :)
