“Not only are the Bagels fantastic but the assortment of cream cheese choices are amazing. Love the West Islip colors on the special bagels. I really enjoyed the taste, texture and flavors of these bagels and had the opportunity to try the organic chicken soup that the chef made and it was incredible good and not too salty. My kids loved the bagels as well and especially the organic chicken soup. There is so much attention and work done to these bagels and cream cheese choices that I’m excited to come back for more. The prices are super reasonable and the quality of ingredients exceeds the value this spot charges. This Brooklyn born 45 year bagel eating native approves Higbie Bagels!
