Nice little starbucks.
I work at the outlets and this is probably the friendliest staff I’ve ever encounter at any Starbucks. Any issues I’ve ever had with my orders they have always gone above and beyond to correct it.
Store is always clean and service is pretty fast for how busy they usually are.
A convenient location, but very difficult to find without a directory. Also, the seating is inadequate. This store is the least comfortable among every other with exception given to Manhattan locations which are horribly crowded at coffee time (all hours).
I passed the Food Court after my second loop around and found it on the third try. You cannot easily see their logo, let alone a Starbucks sign even walking near it because...It was crowded like a soup kitchen line out in the courtyard. A friggin' parade of cars whose drivers were also clueless continued going in circles as if a parking lot was about to miraculously appear.. Where is a mall cop when you need one? There is a life you know outside of Riverhead and the Earth is NOT flat. I guess people don't know that.
Then there were pedestrians who would not use the crosswalks. Target practice.
You can keep your congested malls. This veteran has had enough of that nonsense to last three lifetimes. It's time for all of you to earn your ulcer. Mine finally decided not to get worse and healed. Go to Starbucks weekdays if you must and save yourselves.
I shop the Internet for a reason and make my espresso at home. Too bad Starbucks doesn't deliver to your roadside pit stop. "Yes Ma'am, I am at road marker 67 and I want a grande caramel macchiato, hold the caramel. Yes, no caramel. Thank you." Only in my dreams is THAT going to happen.
Oh yeah, I forgot. I found it next to a vacant store (which will also be hard to find with their new business moving in). It is across a plaza (the one I just mentioned) out of view, with tables and chairs acting as a defensive bunker. I was on a fifty five miles trek on my Trek and pulled in here. VIP Parking for two-wheelers. DON'T BE A HATER!
The darling young lady offered me iced water besides my coffee purchase. She made my aggravation immediately evaporate. As they say in the South: bless her heart. As they say in New York, "What lady?", because we have the attention span of a gnat when surrounded by masses of humanity.
What a redemption of 700 stars look like. Greater selection of merchandise. Even had the reusable hot cups set (marble-like)
Friendly staff
