Today we visited for lunch around noon.
The service was good and fast.
We ordered from the kid's menu for our toddler. This menu was good and with healthy options.
For us we ordered 2 entrees. It was enough food and we even took a box home.
We are definitely going back.

We placed a takeout order and were told it would be ready in 20 minutes. We gave them an additional 10 minutes. It took them 15 minutes to get the order to us (so 25 minutes extra than what we were told). It was an order for two people. The only other customers there were two people. The online app doesn’t allow you to order a vegetarian Pad Thai, so we had to call it in (not a huge deal, and not specific to this location, but still an annoyance). We have toddlers in the car who get very fussy at lunchtime. I usually don’t post 1 star reviews for any business, but this was a terrible experience.

Update: Corporate reached out to my via email and with a coupon for the next time we go there. I didn’t use the coupon or return, but I updated this review from 1 star to 3 stars for the acknowledgment and courtesy.

I was really looking forward to a night out with family celebrating my mother’s upcoming birthday however, as good as the food was, the service was not.
First the appetizers arrived and we had no utensils or plates, we told the food runner we needed plates & utensils and after waiting 15 min I finally went to the manager and told him what was going on. He came back 5 min later with items needed at the same time as our server. It didn’t end there our dinner arrived and no rice. It took over 20 min for our bowl of white rice. I mean seriously. I would rate service as 1star and food at 4. I told the server that perhaps this was the worst service I had ever seen and she just literally stared forward I thought wow an “I’m sorry or I apologize” would have gone a long way but zippo Nada response other than I’ll let the manager no. We never saw her again. The manager tried his best to rectify and give him kudos on his communication style. We won’t be going back to this location.

Try the Mongolian beef absolutely delicious. Long life noodles are the best as well, highly recommend it. Sweet and sour chicken oh baby! Everything in that picture is amazing. I forgot the name of the shrimp but those were incredible. I truly believe that everything on the menu is delicious. Hot and sour soup is my every visit appetizer! Service is always good. Many very friendly people work here. Whenever I'm at the mall this is a must.
