This is hands down my all time favorite restaurant!!! The food is RIDICULOUS. The chefs combine flavors that taste magicical. You can tell that they put so much thought into the menu. They are also very accommodating if you have a special diet. The staff is wonderful. We met chef Jonathan last time we were there. He was so friendly and we enjoyed talking to him about the food and restaurant. You need to come here NOW!!

LOVE the food and the atmosphere! I can be a picky eater but I'll literally eat anything this chef puts on my plate. I definitley recommend this place for anyone looking for an amazing place to eat. ????

Arguable my favourite restaurant on the Island. Going into the city for good food is completely unnecessary when you have a place like eatMosaic at your fingertips. Service is smooth, the food is outstanding, so much that my wife and I decided to have our Wedding reception there and they knocked it out of the park... a Custom 9+ Course Menu with wine pairings that blew away even the most critical guests.

Update: Mosaic has re-opened! After a long renovation and expansion, our favourite spot is back. We were fortunate enough to get the FYI for the soft opening and were there on the first night. The food and service is still excellent. My only point of concern as it has become more expensive. For a young couple, it make our frequency of visits have to be curtailed. But for those of you put off by this, you really need to have this point of perspective: The menu changes daily! Imagine YOUR food budget and time expenditure if YOU tried to pull this off every night! Still holds the trophy for Best Long Island Restaurant in my humble opinion.
