“The employees at this location are wonderful, there are a couple of them that have been here a while that know our order as soon as we walk in and have our coffee ready to go. I’m rating 3 stars because they seem to be having an issue with people calling out or not showing up for their shifts, which results in only the drive through being open during THE BUSIEST TIME OF THE DAY for coffee. It’s infuriating for the customers and I’m sure the poor employee that gets stuck by themselves working the drive through. We don’t like the go through the drive through bc they never really get the coffee quite right, and it’s a long wait because of the amount of people waiting on line since there’s a single person working. The manager or owner of this location really needs to get a grip on their employees and hire new ones that will show up for work. Typically I wouldn’t complain, but when it’s happened 5 times in the last month and you’re a regular customer who gets their coffee here every morning it gets old pretty quick. In the mean time we’ve been going to the Dunkin’ Donuts up the road on 347 and they’ve been great so far.”

“Crazy crepe is my go-to spot when I'm out in smithtown. They have a regular sit down service as well as take out. Their smoothies are awesome and they have all sorts of cool hot drinks like nutella lattes! They usually have a seasonal deal going on too and have fun seasonal crepes. “I was just alerted this was possibly the best DD there is in the history of DD. I agree! Fast, proficient and friendly. As a local I visit often, I am always greeted with genuine smiles and the offer of "the usual?" The atmosphere is quiet and spacious for a stop by coffee place and often see customers relaxing in the chairs and booths. Best of all they fill me with my daily requirement of that delicious caffeine drip that is darker than the shadow if the moon during an eclipse. Dunkin, these guys deserve a raise, if not that a party”

Tons of choices for ice cream, lots of premade cakes and 3-4 books of custom cakes that one can order. The D&D staff is great at preparing coffee / bakery orders.
