“I mean, it's McDonald's...you're not getting a high quality meal @ any you go to but why is it that every time I come here my order is just straight up not filled like it should be? My medium fries are never a medium. I feel like they just ran out of fries multiple times & just gave me half a serving size it's supposed to be because everytime I get one, I always wonder if half spilled into the bag, I look, & there's none on the bottom. Thanks for the extra nugget in my 4 piece last time but other than that it was careless errors I've come here in the past.”

One thing I admire about the staff is their kindness to the local homeless people. On occasion I will see someone just sitting at a table quietly just to stay warm and no one bothers them. “Breakfast brunch at the Crazy Crepe!!! Way more pros than cons!!! Pros!!! Unlimited buffet of scrambled eggs, curly fries, home fries, bacon, sausage, pancakes, fruit, chicken fingers, fried clams (which I found to be an interesting and delicious addition), etc, plus coffee and tea, and your choice of one sweet crepe for 15 bucks. For a couple of dollars more, you could get a savory one. We were all pretty happy with the food and will definitely be back for another brunch. Cons... Some bad, some really bad, and some bizarre. Ok, bad, service is kinda slow. The place was a mess when we got there around 11am, probably post brunch rush, and it took them a bit to clean up some tables so the four of us could sit. Everything still kinda felt sticky, but bearable. Borderline unbearable and completely undrinkable, the coffee.... Ugh, so gross. So weak and watered down... It was literally the worst cup of coffee I've ever had and I once let me 10 year old help me make a pot of coffee with hilarious results. Getting coffee grinds out of the water receptacle in a coffee pot is a pain!!! But yeah, terrible coffee there. I'll probably get tea next time. Now for the weird, lol. The bathroom was ice cold. Like see your breath cold. And when you pee, steam rises from the toilet. We all tried it????????????????. I totally recommend this place though, lol.”

“I had a huge pick up with door dash, the cashier was so sweet she helped me with my order, helped me put everything in bags. She made sure the orders were correct. This is how a fast food restaurant works with short staff, not like the smithtown McDonalds where you have uneducated, insensitive, unorganized, non customer service people taking your orders, making your food get cold, and not serve you drinks and having their customers issue charge backs.”

“I had lunch recently. The service was excellent. We ordered the bacon,tomato, and cheese sandwich. It was good except for the tomatoes. I had the chicken noodle soup - excellent as always. But what was really impressive was the the availability of items like butter, silverware, carry out containers, etc. For customers to obtain as needed without waiting for a staff to get this for them. This is a great idea.”

“Went to have dinner. Ordered the sausage egg mc muffin with a hash brown, small fries and coffee which I asked for plenty of half and half. They brought the food to the table which is nice since I don't usually dine in. The girl tells me the hash brown will be out in a minute. No problem but I noticed no milk or a stirrer. It took a while to get the half and half. Had to also ask for the hash brown which never was brought to the table and the fries were cold. I told them and got new hot fries. Everything was resolved by one worker. His name was Ryan. I told him I appreciated everything he did and that I would give him credit for making things right! There was no problem with the food except the muffin was overcooked but still tasted good. I can't say I would rush back to eat there after so much that had to be corrected to make things right.”
