    Had bad drive up experience-sat for several minutes waiting to give order. Finally parked and complained inside to manager. Said that at times pick-up trucks don't 'trigger' the device. But they have a camera too..so why didn't they check to see if there was a vehicle!? There were 5 cars behind me and at least two ahead of me...and I was yelling for someone. I understand what could have happened, but still can't excuse the fact that they didn't check to see if someone was waiting since there is a flaw in the trigger device????

    I have bought from many Dunkin's but this one has been terrific - Ordering via the app, my drink is always fresh & ready.

    The infrequent times my order is wrong they fix it quickly without complaint.

    Good service. I purchase iced coffee around 5× week. Item purchased is correct 8/10 times.
