Hudson Valley Cheesecake

I first walked in and felt like I was in cheesecake heaven. So many different options to choose from. I ended up walking out with 3. Snickers, Apple pie & banana pudding cheesecake. They were nothing short of amazing! And that’s not even the half of it... they switch up flavors every month! I’ll definitely be the one to drive all the way from Albany, Ny to get a slice or seven? Good job guys... I wish nothing but longevity for your business and cheesecake ... ? See you soon ??

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. The cheesecake was just as good. I tried the apple crumb and cookies and cream. Both amazing! Extra points for being a small, Black-owned, female-led business!

The absolute best cheesecake I’ve ever had! Made with the best and freshest ingredients. So many options but the rainbow cookie and strawberry crunch cheesecake are my two favorites!!!

The best cheesecake I have ever had, hands down. The cupcakes were out of this world. It was a strawberry crunch with a cheesecake filling. The rainbow cookie cheesecake and pistachio were amazing. Everyone so friendly and helpful and welcoming. My new favorite spot

Hudson Valley Cheesecake is your sweet tooth heaven! Located right on Main Street if parking is hard to find there is a municipal parking lot around the corner and a short walk from there. I was greeted with a welcome as soon as I walked in the door, any questions I had about the cakes were answered and it was actually hard to choose so I bought more than one kind. The Rainbow cheesecake is absolutely phenomenal, tastes just like 3 layer cookies. Cakes, cheesecake, cupcakes vegan also if needed and fruit smoothies were just added to the menu. Cakes can be bought by the slice or whole cakes depending on your needs. There are many places to eat around the neighborhood, but save dessert for here you won’t be disappointed.
