    Helpful staff. Sorry, many Taco Bells do not make tacos right. Ellenville Taco Bell makes tacos right Five stars. Two Kios's no waiting.

    It's great having a Taco Bell in Ellenville! What isn't great is waiting for an order. They seem to be permanently understaffed. Tonight it finally got to me. Only two employees running the restaurant at 6 pm. I spent, I kid you not, 37 minutes in the drive through lane today.

    On a recent visit the man at the drive through window identified himself as the general manager and asked me to give him a good rating on the customer survey. I decided to do him a favor and not give him the rating I thought he deserved. So I didn't bother.

    Then why am I giving three stars? I love having a Taco Bell in Ellenville. But seriously, dude, hire some more people. Unless you're going for an award for world's slowest Taco Bell.

    Just learned that there is a Taco Bell open in Ellenville. So that alone made me super happy, but once I went there I couldn't of asked for better/nicer service! Very nice & polite, along with super patient! And on top of all that....the food was good! Great job! Will definitely be back!
