Blue Water Manor

Ughhh dream all winter of our annual lunch here, BUT old brioche roll and reheated French fries. Seriously, people know. Great server, great view, great ambience, but disappointed in food. New dream awaits.

It's all about the elevated views of Lake George. Very nice bar area and patios overlooking the water. We had a group of 5 people. Service was very good with the food marginal at high end prices. It's like what should I expect for a restaurant on the lake. Good for cocktails and an appetizer on the upper bar patio but dinner will be costly. Crab cakes are fair and the stuffed mushrooms caps are tiny for starters. Entry portions should be larger and tasty with the high pricetags but fail to meet that standard. Swordfish and shrimp plate was very good but came with cold n lumpy mashed potatoes. Our tab came to over $300. Enjoy the view.

Ate on the lower level. Window seat overlooking the lake. Amazing. Very nice reasonably priced menu, burgers, salads and more. Had the homemade hummus with excellent house pita chips. Very good rare burger with fries and a side of mayo for dipping. Nice beer stein of local ale. Must go back, great spot for lunch.

I can’t say enough how wonderful our wedding here was thanks to the kind and dedicated staff at BWM. The view is always spectacular no matter the weather, but Rachel and team made it the best weekend. The place looked stunning thanks to them. They even helped me with my bustle! I am just so grateful for everything they did. The food was amazing. We were lucky enough to attend a wedding before getting married here and were able to enjoy many of the options between that, our tasting and our wedding. Everything is delicious. We also enjoy visiting the restaurant. The playground was a huge hit for the many families attending our wedding, too, as was the fish pond! We love everything about this place and can’t wait to come back and reminisce!
