Such a cute place! Old schoolhouse with an awesome gift shop. Lunch was delicious and the owner herself came to check in on us. I will be going back.
Stopped by here for lunch on our way back to NY. It's a nice place with vintage feel. The place was busy but the staff are friendly. We got a few sandwiches and a soup. The sandwiches come with a small side, we chose golden beet salad, it was delicious! We had turkey sandwich with cranberry aioli, roast beef sandwich, beef barley soup and smoked salmon sandwich. All of them were really fresh and delicious! We also got a coffee flavored ice cream with Heath candies and coffee shake. It was a good dessert after a delicious lunch. I'd stop by again if I am ever in the area.
Fun place to stop for a bite. Love to sit in the Adirondack chairs out front while eating ice cream. They were very busy the night we visited but every employee was hustling to make sure the customers were being helped.
I can't say how worth it dining here is enough! Friendly staff. Awesome vintage decor. Yummy food and delicious Hershey's ice cream. There are many local items for sale on the first and second that are worth checking out. So glad we took the suggestion to eat here after riding at Circle B Ranch.
It's a nice little spot that has decor and items from varying decades. We got there at 3:45 and they were getting ready to close the kitchen down for 4:00, but they were willing to accommodate us which was cool.
I started with a Nantucket chowder, which was really good. For the main I got a Main Street Melt. I was pretty surprised by how big the sandwich was. Plus it came with a side of macaroni, watermelon (so good!), and a pickle. FYI, they don't have a fryer so they don't serve things like fries or chicken fingers. They weren't missed though.
