Strolling down Glen Street on Saturday night, I was lured by the visual presentation of the food. It was a beautiful evening and there was the added bonus of the live music being performed at Davidson's. I was seated outside and immediately greeted by a friendly attendant. I had a delicious house drink (I've forgotten the name, but it was tropical and refreshing with a nice punch to it, which I will definitely have again). I ordered the salmon, asparagus and quinoa. It was truly a savory experience, not only in the subtle sophistication of the seasonings, but also the textures were noteworthy. The blackened crust on top of tuna was almost like a delicste phyllo dough, against the fresh, moist breakaway of the tuna itself. There was the smooth texture and flavoring of the quinoa being offset by the dramatic paprika tone of the sauce, and subtle crisp of the baby asparagus. I was enjoying it so immensely that I paused to reflect on the deliciousness of each mouthful.

It was a very adequate portion and I decided to save a third as a little treat tomorrow, and also because I was now very curious about the dessert.

I have dined at many fine restaurants and can truly say that I can count on one had the exquisitely memorable desserts I have had the pleasure to experience.

The tres leche caught my eye. I had only had it once before, at a country club in Vermont, and remembered how much I enjoyed it.

Well, firstly, the presentation was perfect. I found it amazing that the truly unique texture of this moist sponge like cake was apparent just on sight. There was the leche drizzle layered with a caramel one on top. And, as good as it looked, the taste was amazingly off the charts.

For those who have palates that need to be spoiled, do yourself a favor and make your next dining experience an artistic achievement that your tastebuds will thank you for.

For those who just enjoy a good meal, try one that the chef has prepared with care, just for you.

The restaurant's interior is inviting and the new menu, creative, delicious and surprisingly affordable. With outdoor seating available along Glen Street, it's the perfect place to enjoy a drink and good food while watching the world go by. Well done.

First time visiting Glen Falls but all I can say is YUM! I was perusing restaurants on the main drag and noticed a sign saying they had a new chef/new menu which drew me in and so glad I decided on this place to eat my first dinner in town. I ordered the Korean Bibimbap dish, wow so good! The rice was perfect and I topped mine with salmon that was delicious. My waitress was great and the Chardonnay on tap was good and only $6! Highly recommend this place!

Very nice!! 1st time was lastnight. It's good to see glens falls cleaning up nicely. Could use a little more bar tenders...
