Talk of the Town Restaurant

Our waiter Jarred was OUTSTANDING! He served all 18 of us with enthusiasm. He got all our orders spot on, all separate checks and he was not phased at all. Food was delicious as always.

Excellent food. I had the prime rib on special and received a huge portion cooked medium rare as I asked. The sides were good and a generous portion. The deserts were good as was the service

3 stars due to the wait. We were seated, then forgotten about for close to 30 minutes, and finally had to flag someone down. When the food arrived (which took about 30-45 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers and an order of fries) it was excellent.the burgers were grilled perfectly and the French fries were outstanding. Honestly would've given 4 or even 4.5 if it wasnt for the wait. Great burgers and fries, at least. Prices were relatively fair, with the most expensive thing we ordered being a bacon cheeseburger for $9.99.
All in all, I would go again and give them another shot. I feel like tonight's wait was a fluke. My daughter, her friend and I enjoyed our burgers and fries, and I have heard good things around town about this place. Hence the name, I suppose...

This old school Glens Falls staple has a huge menu and great service. Impeccably clean and tidy, I wholeheartedly encourage visitors to take the extra 2 minute drive off the highway and check out the heart and soul of Glens Falls cuisine. Great pizza and burgers, great salad bar. And they serve the best chicken wings in the North Country. (This is known.) Do yourself a favor and check it out.

The atmosphere is outdated and so is most of their menu. However, you can't get pizza like theirs anywhere else... Cheese all the way to the edges and a great list of topping options. The recipe is exactly as it was when I was a kid and it is delicious! The staff is always friendly and welcoming too. My whole family loves going here.
