    Newly renovated, this facility is fantastic. Clean with excellent views of the high peaks. Food is good too!

    I appreciated the saddle lodge in the middle of the mountain. Thought it was a great addition. perfect spot to warm up mid way through your runs. Especially impressed with the fact that they served warm food here as well, as to go with my gore review, its a little expensive but thats to be expected with a ski resort. It had a gorgeous view.

    Gore upgraded this lodge 2 years ago. They did a great job, it offers all the same food items as the base lodge. Plus it helps with the crowd control for the base lodge.

    Love this place. It's a great reprieve from the cold. Good comfort foods, drinks, beer, etc. Beautiful views of the mountains.

    Nice & much needed Improvement. The bathrooms in the former building were, uhhh ... breathtaking!
    It's now a great place to enjoy dramatic views of the Adirondacks while downing some hot beverage.
    I do wonder if this year they have solved the problem with the fireplace in the new building which did not function properly last year.
