Duffy's Tavern

We heard this guy john play there and he is a VERY talented and entertaining musician. The drinks were reasonably priced and the food smelled really good.

Casual and really quiet when we stopped in for lunch. Ordered a patty melt and the hot wings. Burger was perfect. I didn't try the wings but my partner said wings were delicious and spicy just like he likes. Would definitely come back. He said next time hes getting a second order of the wings and I'm going to try the crabcakes.

The young lady who was our bartender(sorry forgot her name! Short blonde hair) was awesome and so nice!
Food was good and the drinks too! Wish they were near our hometown!

Are with wife and two kids, one who is super picky. Burgers were awesome, got a grilled cheese on rye that was really good. Kira, our waitress was super nice and had a great personality, she made eating there even a better experience then it already was. The owner came over and checked on us also, nice guy.

This place was great. Irish pub right on the lake. Looks well worn from the outside, but the hospitality on the inside will quickly let you know you made a good choice by going in. The menu is basic pub food. The burger was generous, very good and served on a buttered roll. The waitress was very accommodating, even bringing coloring books over for the kids. If you are looking for a low key place for drinks and unpretentious food awash in classic rock playing from s far off stereo in a bit of a lake George landmark, Duffy's is for you.
