Outback Steakhouse

Our waitress was version nice and enjoyed our 4 year old talking to her. The food was very good, their bread and blooming onion were delicious. I ordered a blooming burger and the broccoli with cheese and I liked it a lot. Unfortunately this restaurant is pricey, so even with as much as I like it, we don't come here very often at all.

Don't go here very often. I do like the food when I go. Service is always excellent and friendly.

Outback is a very good predictable Steakhouse. The food is always the same, it's cooked precisely how you want it the side dishes are excellent, and the desserts are delicious. It's by no means a high-end restaurant, but it's everything you ever want for a night out with the family.

Gone are the days of top notch service and the "No rules, just right" way of doing business. While our server did her very best to keep up with the number of customers she was responsible for, she was split between the bar and the dining room for the duration of our visit, and seemed to be in the bar area looking after her tables there everytime we needed something. That said, when she was there her service was great and I can understand why a GM in busier than expected lunch rush would give her more than she could handle. The other server in the restaurant was also on her game, and was happy to help out when ours was indisposed. The food is still the best you can get in the casual dining arena, and there is probably good reason for management to lower staffing levels for a mid afternoon weekday...they just need to make sure the staff has what they need to take care of customers adequately.
