“Food was great as always! Best part was the younger kids working were so kind, helpful, and playful with my 5 year old. They used their tip jar money to buy her a ton of songs to dance too. That’s just sweetness! They were just awesome even with it being closing time. Clean, the cook probably changed his gloves 13 times in the 45 minutes we were there as every time he changed jobs he changed gloves! Talk about mindful cleanliness... he was diligent. Great staff, great food! Family favorite!”

“Love this place. Great from the second you walk in and they greet you. Quick to take your order and just as quick to throw your burgers on the grill. Big burgers with all the fixins you'd want. It's definitely a better deal if you do get toppings since they don't cost extra. Free peanuts are a nice touch. May sound silly but they have a nice soda machine with a larger than average selection (it seems, but maybe I was in awe..) and a fancy touch screen. I'm not a skin on my fries kinda person either but there good and usually crispy. Expensive but worth the price in my opinion. The burgers are really friggin good.”

“Really good tasting food, though not a very diverse selection on the menu... best corned beef hash around, but typical Glens Falls prices... that is to say, this place is overpriced. This is a special place, but they must think they're more special than they are to charge what they charge for mediocre portions and moderately above diner quality taste. Friendly service, though I get the sense that established locals and regulars are much more valued clientele. I waited a long time while the wait staff accommodated and conversed at length with rural locals making themselves at home, busting the wait staff's balls, and generally thinking they owned the place. You might like it, but if you aren't upper middle class and a familiar face of Glens Falls, this might not be your place. It's certainly not mine. The diner across the street is a much better value and has much better service, better portions, above average diner quality food. Go there instead if you want to save money and enjoy your stay more. The food might be slightly inferior, but I bet you’ll be more comfortable.”

“My husband and I dined at Raul's on both Friday and Saturday nights. Friday was stellar, the food was delicious and the service was top notch. On Saturday, we arrived at a busy time. We asked to be seated outside and the young man who was hostessing took my phone number and said we would be called when the table was available. A table for four (2 tables for 2 pushed together) was available for the entire one hour and 15 minutes that we waited. I asked the host why the two tables couldn't be separated since no one was sitting at them and he said they were reserved for parties or three or four. Unfortunately for us and for them, no party of three or four arrived. So our very positive impression of Raul's Mexican grill was tainted by our long wait for a table for two while two paired tables that had been placed together sat empty the whole time we waited. The point of sitting outside was to listen to the live music coming from a neighboring restaurant, but by the time we sat down, the live music had ended. The food was still delicious and our waitress was good. It was simply poor management to allow satisfied customers to sit on a bench for more than an hour rather than separate two outdoor tables.”

The only downside is that it closes at 6pm instead of 9 like other places around here and the kitchen closes at 2pm. “Great little pub restaurant opposite the tourist traps. The staff are friendly and attentive. Met one of the owners: John, real nice and down to earth. Loved the food choices, burgers, salads, tapas style options to share as well. All your bar favorites are served cold and well made. They even have a small room for parties or after work get togethers. The outdoor patio complete with TV, and shade cover is what the weatherman order on those cooler evenings to sit outside.”
