(December 13, 2021, 9:24 pm)I’m just commenting because I live in the area and don’t believe this is such a good area or location for opening a Rita’s. It’s a very commercial store to open as it’s a chain. I don’t see how there would be much business in the winter or you would even stay open for a long time. There is hardly any parking and now this would make the parking situation even worse. And there are places you can go nearby to get Italian ice that are local small businesses. I don’t believe this is improving the community.
