    Good food, atmosphere, and prices. Good for large groups and events. Service could be better. Overall: Good venue. Dress Business casual.

    Our holiday party was wonderful. Evan and staff do everything possible to make excellent food and keep our diverse group so happy. We loved it!!!

    Been there many times especially for New Year's Eve. Grace service great atmosphere great food. Highly recommended. Was there celebrating a retirement dinner.

    Evan was such a pleasure to work with! Cortlandt Colonial was beautiful and I am so happy I chose them to have my wedding! I have received so many compliments about how beautiful the place was, how great the food was, and how awesome Evan was throughout the evening from my guests, wedding party, and family! The cocktail hour was a HIT! Evan was great throughout the entire planning process and communicated well through text and phone. I would definitely have another event here!!
