“So much gratitude for the kindness and thoughtfulness of this store and employees in Ossining, NY!!! I'm a healthcare at a major hospital in NYC, and today, my roommate and I took a trip by train out of the city to Ossining, NY, my first trip out of NYC in over 2 months! After our hike, we tried to find a restroom in town since the train station was closed for New Year's but it was like Mary and Joseph trying to find a birthing suite in Bethlehem on Christmas Eve. We went to the Shell Station. They said "no room for the public in our bathrooms". BP said the same. Finally, with full bladders and heavy hearts, we arrived at the 7-Eleven. Fortunately, they welcomed us with open arms and an open restroom. Additionally, once our bladders had been emptied, we found an array of items to add to our coffee such as different types of milk and creamers. What could have been a miserable end to a much-needed day out of the city, turned into a refreshing moment of hospitality: an open restroom and some thoughtful accoutrements to add to NYC healthcare worker's coffee after a much-needed day in nature spent in a small New York town... Stop in and say thanks to the workers. They're hidden saints in this small town...”

“It's amazing some of these reviews, for example "James Burt Jr." 2 years ago posting that "they don't speak English, they're ineffective, and tried to charge him for something that he didn't order." Well I've been going to this location for the past 5 years, and never once was I charged for something I didn't order and the people who work at this location DO in fact speak English, better than most because they are simply kind and SOFT spoken. The people who work here are up hours before you are making YOUR COFFEE. For Christs' sake show a little more respect and dignity to your fellow man.”

“The McDonald's in my area looks more like a diner which now makes me want to go into more then I ever had in the past. I found it to be an uncomfortable place to sit and eat and with play rooms for children way to loud for my taste. Now that they have updated there service, made it a more diner like atmosphere and removed or at least sectioned off the playroom area I find it a much more enjoyable place to eat. They have also added portion sizes rather then just being able to super size everything in a country that already has so many health care issues. They have added more chicken which for a non beef eater, as myself is a good thing. Keep up your changes and you will keep me coming back. You will earn another star when I see the changes in more McDonald's then just the one where I reside????”
