    Love cava and it's right near my office. my coworker goes 4 times a week. pretty generous with the salads but not so much with the mains. Either way, I'm always full at the end

    Great place for quick, healthy lunch in rye brook. Parking can be a little problematic. Even though there is a parking lot it is a very busy lot.

    Discovering CAVA has turned into an obsession. Their assortment is always fresh and the staff is always friendly. If you’re looking for a quick bite to eat and want something that isn’t too heavy I highly suggest CAVA
