“I went in there for the first time for lunch today. The place where I had planned to go wanted to serve me with plastic utensils and plates, which I refused, so I just wandered and found this new Mexican place. The food was very good. I had tacos and a Corona. Good salsa. Nice wait staff. They brought be a few extras and treated me nicely. The shredded beef taco was delicious. I will be back with friends. It's been a long time since we had a really good authentic Mexican place that was clean and upscale. I recommend out highly.”

“This is my new favorite restaurant! I love Latin fusion, reminds me of the Cuban flavors I grew up with in Tampa. Can’t wait to try everything! The salmon was fantastic, a refreshing alternative to the usual mashed/veg underneath, with shrimp black rice, and finely diced mango, and sun-dried tomato. The Pernil over corn and chorizo with red pepper broth was to die for, highly recommend! I even took a Cuban sandwich to go. Nice job on opening day, so many new restaurants struggle with service in the beginning but you were spot on!”

“Went on a Sunday afternoon with family which was perfect. Kids enjoyed the mini arcade (I do mean mini). Ice cream was available for purchase. There were also plenty of seats available. Tickets for children are for ages 2 and up. The gentleman at the parking garage was also super helpful after informing him I lost my parking ticket. We had a great time and will definitely visit again!”

“Great music paired with delicious menu. Jeannie & Rich are great hosts. They take special care to make you feel welcome. The menu has always been consistently good, but was refreshed recently to a level of excellent. And prices are friendly, too. You gotta try: Octopus appetizer. I think they need to update their online menu - because this dish is not on there. Octopus was introduced as a special - but they then had to add it to their regular menu because people like me demanded it. I was raised in a city with the second largest population of Greeks - Melbourne, Australia. And, in my opinion, the octopus at 12 Grapes is one of the best I have ever had. It is impossible for me to order only one serving! Something special: One Sunday a month they have a top notch big band (Westchester Swing Band - 18 pros with a BIG sound). Some of the best quality big band music you will ever hear.”

There a back room for large groups with good enough privacy. Upfront has small leather booth seating which my 7 yr old lives. Friday and Saturday gets PACKED. Definitely will be back. Meter parking during the day only drawback but server reminds you.”

“NEW FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS. Right next to Dino's Pizza and across the street from Walgreens. I got a cheese empanada and it was hot, fresh, and delicious. The pastry was buttery, and inside was a white cheese (possibly mozzerella, definitely delicious). And it was only $2!! They serve breakfast and lunch, including tamales. I will definitely have to go back to try them. They also have a Snapple beverage case. Very cute interior. A great place to get a very friendly meal. Possibly a good place to study in the future. Parking is behind the building and free for customers.”
