Dunkin'

drive thru orders are never given as u ordered, even when the sticker that has the order right on it is on the cup. Less ice means that the cup shouldn't be filled 3/4 full and liquid sugar means liquid, not granulated that wont dissolve in my iced coffee

I love Dunkin donuts, we stopped in for a donut and espresso and the machine was down, very disappointed! It's hard to find espresso in a small town and Dunkin is always a sure shot! So instead ordered dark roast coffee, it was luke warm (probably sat around for awhile?) They fixed it very quickly, couldn't see if they warmed it up or had a different pot already brewed, but they definitely didn't Brew a fresh pot. This visit was not my best experience at a chain that is usually on top of things, and at my go to location, they wouldn't have charged for the donut.

I'm charged differently for my coffee based on whomever is cashier, and if they decide to charge me for whipped cream and drizzle on my frozen coffee. As far as I knew it came with my coffee. No one ever explained to me that it was an additional cost. Why is it that places charge more when you put on something extra, but they don't subtract when we take something off?!????

I love the hot chocolate option since I don't drink coffee. The donuts are always fresh and there is a nice variety of donuts and muffins. My favorite is the apple fritter. I love the chairs and tables, it is always a great place to sit and chat.
