Valerio's Italian Restaurant

Went for the first time last night, and it won't be our last.
The interior was old school, high ceilings, big open rooms and a comfortable bar to hang out with friends. Menu had plenty to offer and we ordered a basket of bread sticks with Marinara that came out fast and hot. They were plenty of them and well seasoned, the Marinara was delicious and plenty of it also.
We both ordered Italian dressing for our salads that were large in size that turned out to tasty as well.
She had the Everything Spaghetti, mushrooms, sausage, meatballs all in a large plate with melted mozzarella and I had Lasagna.
She loved hers and mine was very good too.
Our waitress was spot on, keeping the table clean and drinks filled.
Valerio's is a keeper for sure.

One of the BEST restaurants in Burlington! Everything is so fresh and good! Service has always been great! We love eating here! Lots of options at fantastic prices!

Normally i am not a fan of Italian food, but the food here is absolutely exquisite! The chef knows how to use spices to give flavor to normally bland dishes. Huge menu with something for everyone. Food is fresh & delicious, service is fast & friendly. I'm definitely adding this gem to my rotation. You owe it to yourself to eat here.

Great place! Every single waiter/waitress is awesome. I will say that going through the backdoor makes it confusing for both the host and costumer, my boyfriend, daughter and I walked through the back and when we got to the front the host seemed a bit perplexed about us going through that door. He was still a great host, though. The pizza and seafood pasta dish was delicious.
